• When we mated Lizzie, I was determined to keep a dog, and I decided to call him 'Giggle'.  I feel that names are very important - hence my horse is not Stormy or Thunder - she is called Ethel!    As temperament is something that I am concerned about in the breed, I thought no-one would be able to take him seriously with such a name!  Well Giggle is a big dag!  He has finished his Australian Champion title, and has started at Agility - we just have to convince him that Agility competitions do not involve a short wander around the ring ignoring your handler when you feel like it.

Matt is thinking about training Giggle for Obedience competition as well - but then he has been saying that for a while, and I am yet to see any training occur.  They do have a special bond, though, with Giggle always listening more to Matthew.  He has just made his debut in showbiz, being called on to do a photo shoot for the recently opened 'My Dog Cafe' in Melbourne.
